Holiday Hours & Delivery
🎄 We are taking a break but still got your back! Here's everything you need to know about our holiday hours and delivery timelines to keep things merry and stress-free.
We’ll be taking a well-earned break over the holiday season, closing from December 25th to January 4th. We’ll reopen on January 5th, and any orders placed during the closure period will be processed as soon as we’re back.
To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please note that all our orders are shipped via Australia Post. Their cut-off date for most locations is December 19th. Check their Christmas sending dates for specifics on your area. Orders typically take 5-10 business days to arrive, but please keep in mind that Australia Post gets super busy during the holiday season, so it might take a little longer.
We’ll be dispatching orders up until December 24th, so be sure to place your orders early to avoid disappointment. After that, any new orders will be packed and shipped when we’re back on January 5th. Thank you for your understanding, and happy holidays!
