Hold tight for our message letting you know when your order’s ready for pickup—coming to the store before that is like showing up to a party early. Collect within 14 days and bring your ID and credit card. We can’t let your buddy pick up your stuff, so make sure to swing by yourself.

CLICK 'N' COLLECT (PICK UP)

To ensure your order is ready for collection, please allow at least one business day for us to process it. We will send you a message confirming when your items are ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store.

When picking up your order, please present a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, and the credit card used for the purchase if applicable. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate third-party pickups.

If your items are not collected within 30 days and after we have made several attempts to reach you, we may return them to stock and issue a refund.
