How we're staying COVIDSafe!
Hey everyone, and welcome back to our (recently revived) blog!
It's been a tough few weeks for the Sydneysiders among us and we don't need to remind you why! Fortunately however, we've been able to continue providing you with the service and products that you need most during this winter season. Of course, staying open has meant some big changes to the way we operate in order to keep our customers (and ourselves) COVID safe...
So, what should you do if you're coming in store?
Like all open businesses at the moment, we are committed to adhering to strict COVIDSafe guidelines. That means,
Minimal browsing in store
Compulsory masks
QR code check in before you enter
Sanitiser encouraged
Social distancing between staff and customers at all times
Limited capacity in store
Although we're doing our best to keep our store as safe as possible, we encourage all customers to utilise our Click And Collect service to reserve goods. You can find the link for this service on the homepage of our Stihl Shop Stanmore website.
What if I don't know what I want?
We understand that usually coming in store is the best way to make decisions about which tool is right for you, however current restrictions encourage us to keep browsing to a minimum.

We encourage our customers to 'browse' online to keep themselves, and our store, as safe as can be. And if there's something you can't find online, feel free to give us a call so that our friendly staff can assist you!

We are so lucky that we can stay open during this time, however our workshop will remain closed for business for the duration of the lockdown (however long that may be). This means that we cannot offer servicing, repairs or checkups of machines. Furthermore, our opening hours have shifted... from now until the end of COVID the following hours will apply;
Monday-Friday: 8.30am-3pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
